Determining the level of basic democratic values of secondary school students

The purpose of this research is to determine the participation secondary school students in basic democratic values. Survey method was used research. In context, 227 Samsun Ondokuzmayıs district were reached by using purposeful sampling method. data collected online with Basic Democratic Values Scale, permission author. analysis data, tests such as T-test, One-Way ANOVA, Post Hoc-Tukey help SPSS 21 program. As a result and interpretation findings, it has been determined that values are at good level, there no relationship between their family income status, student gender addition, eighth grade exhibited more than fifth seventh students. It recommended examine different class levels.
